Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 2:00 pm during store hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using UPS Ground. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping via UPS International, DHL and Fed Ex International.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Performance Plastics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@performanceplastics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
